Yesterday 17th September, myself my terminally ill hubby in a wheelchair and some of our friends spent the day whale watching with you.

We had a wonderful day especially my husband who had never been whale watching before. I was really thrilled that you positioned the boat in order that those unable to walk around could see those magnificent creatures.

The whole day was top notch from the moment the staff helped my hubby on they could not seem to do enough for us.

Just a short note to say thank you very much for you kind invitation to join you on ‘Eye-Spy’ for a whale watching trip. I took the opportunity on saturday last and it was a great day at sea and I enjoyed seeing the whales in their natural habitat particularly as this was my first time seeing a whale breach.

I had a most enjoyable day. The food was lovely, the surroundings were first class and the staff were most hospitable and helpful. It was as your brochure suggests a truly magnificent breathtaking experience. I will recommend this great cruise to our visitors and locals alike.

Tippy who gave Ky a special hug and made sure she was OK as she also has a physical disability and stairs were a bit iffy.To all the staff you did a TOP GRADE job and we envy you.

We will be reurning next year as the whales are coming back and have managed to gather my TROOP (family) to join us on the magical cruise. WELL DONE and you are a CREDIT to the tourism business, and preservation of these beautiful whales,we learnt so much more about whales than what we already knew.

I especially wanted to comment on the wonderful customer service provided by your staff. They were most helpful when I phoned to book and explained everything very clearly.

On the boat today I enjoyed my interaction with them but was especially impressed with how they were always on hand to help the older customers. I also thought they handled the sick youngsters very well. A fantastic effort all round.

As well as seeing the whales up close the wonderful customer service made it a really special day.
